Serpentine began with a simple observation, that the corridor of Lancaster Avenue deserved a residential building that took its surroundings seriously. Not a tower. Not a template. A boutique luxury residence sized for the neighborhood it joined.
Completed in 2023, the building delivers twenty-eight homes across twenty-four floor plans. Each was drawn with the same conviction, that proportion, light, and material are the difference between a place to live and a place to come home to.
